It is pretty clear that the majority of math we learned when we were trying not to fall asleep in class is pretty useless, as we never use it again in our life. And yet schools still want you to know this information in order to move on to the next step in your academic career. So it’s hard not to feel bad for the six-grader who has completely had it with math.
